All of our products come with a Warranty for 1 full year from the date you receive your order. Online Warranty Registration and Proof of original purchase date is required. If OAXIS finds that any part was defective in materials or workmanship we will replace it with another unit at no charge to you. If the same model is not available, you can choose to get an equivalent model or top up to get a higher end model. This warranty does not cover devices that have been improperly maintained, or repaired, or have been subject to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation, abnormal handling, or with warranty stickers or product serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible. Our warranty applies to the original owner only and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or a clear copy of it. Shipping for returned items must be paid for by sender.
